Zuko has never been known to be 'outrageous' or 'scandalous' or anything else along the lines of 'young, wild and alive'. That's why Katara, after a lot of whining from Toph's part, finally decided to do something about it. She regrets it a bit now, though.
"He'll be fine," Toph drawls from her seat next to Katara, waving a hand into the general direction of where Zuko and Sokka can be found. Like he's been doing the past few days, Zuko is scratching Sokka beneath his chin. Sokka has somehow found a way to ignore it, and he continues his pai sho game with Aang as if everything is completely normal
